How to register:
- Use our printable
registration form, fill it out, sign your name
at the bottom and mail to the address indicated on
the form with your check or money order.
- Fill out the form below and pay via PayPal.
- Pre-register (and pick up your T shirt) at the North
Rainbow Petco (2091 N. Rainbow just north of Lake Mead),
South Rainbow Petco (3577 S. Rainbow (at Spring Mountain)
or Centennial Petco (7731 W. Tropical Pkwy, off 95N, near
Ann Rd/Centennial) on the following dates: Saturday, April
2, Sunday April 3 or Saturday, April 9.
- Pre-registration will also be available at Petapalooza
on Saturday, April 2.
- Register on-site Sunday, April 10 from 8-9am.
Collect pledges of $50 or more and register for
FREE! Top 5 pledge winners will receive VALUABLE prize

If you are unable to pick up shirts at pre-registration
sites, you may pick them up at the pre-registered walker's
table at the event at 8:00am.
Don't have a dog to walk? Bring a picture
of your beloved living or deceased pet (dog, cat, horse,
iguana,horse, fish, etc) and we'll provide a special FREE "honor" or "memory" badge
to attach it to!
NEW THIS YEAR! Registration includes breakfast AND a fabulous
catered lunch by Carrabbas Italian Grill.
Contests! Plan to enter your dog in the "Stupid Pet
Tricks" contest (tryouts at 8am) which will be filmed
and sent to the David Letterman show, or enter the Owner
Look Alike, Smallest/Tallest, Bad Hair Day or Mr./Ms. Wagginest
Tail contests! Great Prizes!
Purchase raffle tickets at pre-registration or on site at
event for 30 incredible prize packages, valued from $100
to over $600! Need not be present to win!
