Board of Directors: The Las Vegas Valley Humane Society's Nominating Committee is conducting a search for individuals to serve on the board of directors. The LVVHS’s primary emphasis is on stray and abandoned animals. Part of our efforts is to reduce animal overpopulation primarily through our trap-vaccinate-neuter-and-return-to-caretaker program for feral cats (the largest overpopulation problem) at no cost to the caretaker. LVVHS also supports spay/neuter services for both dogs and cats for people needing some assistance (or having a complete inability to pay) as well as abandoned animals as part of their adoption program.
